Mcdonald's - Norton Shores

I am a former employee and I loved working here, the staff working extremely hard and really care for the customers. my old manager (tina, lisa and gege) we are super understanding and helpful in my time of necessity. if you? I think to apply here I would highly recommend it, many thanks for the amazing work experience!

Got there last night at 9:25 pm. There were approximately 5 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line. I waited 20 minutes for my entire order, as there were no fries when I got to the pick-up spot. Once I got the food home, the Big Mac was nearly inedible. Probably will visit different location in the future.

The McDonald's by me in North Muskegon has been renovated. They took out the Playland and it's smaller but efficient. You can still order at the counter and Dad instead of on the computerized menu. The food is fresh and tasty and prices are fair. They have free Wi-Fi and that is good for me.

The fries were cold and had stale dark spots on some potatoes. The Fish sandwich was Dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while, with bread old tasting. Terrible threw in the garbage

I usually don 't leave bad reviews... This location had a very dirty kitchen area with food on the floor and garbage overflowing by the front counter. Staff was rude and didn 't tell me about all of the specials when I asked. When I asked if I could change my order for a more affordable option, I was simply told no . There was a broken table in the dining room. Waited over 10 minutes for our order. The fries were cold and mushy. We love McDonald 's but won 't vist this location again.
