Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Norton Shores

That was my first time I visited this place. it's been in my local area for a while, just never really hitting to go there. on the proposal of a friend we went through the drive thru. the personal was friendly, the service was decent fast for a fairly long line, just before closing time. my drink was great! I'm going in myself because I'm not here earlier. there are so all options to customize their drink to their exact desire. absolutely delicious, I will definitely be back very soon!

Ive been here a couple of times at this point, and the workers just dont seem to even care to be friendly. The last time i went, one of my smoothies came out watered down and we told them about it and they almost told us they wouldn't remake it. They seemed to be yelling in the store too, which made me feel a little embarrassed i even asked if they were going to react that way rather than correct the mistake and move on. Overall, i would say that if youve never been to this location, go a little farther to the one in grand haven. The staff here dont seem to have much care for customer service quality.

Their smoothies are not so smooth. Ice chunks are very obstructive for their straws

Literally just threw away a whole sandwich because for the third time in a row I ordered a meatless item and received chicken on. Norton shores Michigan manager was very rude.

Made a delivery order and ordered bananas as a side for two lunches. When I received my order, the bananas were on top and both were so rotten as to literally be leaking black ooze and falling apart. If these are what they are using in their smoothies, I am repulsed and makes me question the quality of their other fruits they use as well.
