Osteria Romana - Norwalk

The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice. Staff attentive and very nice. The food was just average. It was good, but for the moderate prices I would have expected more. We started very tasty bread and roasted garlic for diving, along with an appetizer of mini bags with sauce... they were delicious!! Two of us at the table got the Pollo Prosecco, it was served with vegetables and four tiny potatoes. The two pretty chicken pieces were overwhelmed with sauce and cheese. Two others ordered the chicken pikatta. She ordered it with linguine instead of potatoes and vegetables. The chicken was simply overdue and there was no indication of the lemon sauce.

The restaurant serves up delicious dishes with boiled chicken and shrimp, accompanied by a variety of other tasty options. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.

I had a lovely experience with their Easter menu at Osteria Romana. The food was exceptional, as always. I always look forward to dining at this restaurant.

Excellent food and good service. However, it was too loud. If you’re looking for a quiet intimate dining, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was very good. My wife and I each had a different preparation of veal and they were both very enjoyable. Our server, Luis, was very attentive and professional. My only issue was that the noise level is very high. Conversation would be difficult with a group.
