Bistro Mediterranean Tapas Wine

I've dined here frequently, and the food is consistently delicious—always fresh and flavorful. The menu is diverse and creative. I particularly enjoyed the rose salad. The service is also excellent!

We had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. To start, our reservation was not in their system, so we had to wait 20 minutes for them to set up a table for us. After that, it took 10 minutes just to get water, more than 15 minutes to place our drink orders, and a half-hour for our food orders to be taken. The bread didn't arrive until after our appetizers, and there were fewer pieces than we expected. When we asked for more, it took an additional 20 minutes to get it. The food itself was just mediocre, and the service was exceptionally poor. The manager seemed completely out of touch with the operation. We've visited their other location in East Haven several times and always enjoyed it, but this experience was a stark contrast; the food and service were terrible by comparison. If you're considering dining at one of their three locations, I would recommend avoiding this one – it's simply a waste of money.

We hadn't been there in two years, but when we returned with some friends, they asked us why we hadn't come back sooner.

Enjoyed several small plates. Food was delicious especially the garlic shrimp. Waiter was very attentive.

We made anOpen Table reservation which they failed to acknowledge. Food was just OK which is fine 4 shore. BUT they were understaffed. 1 wSiter, one bus boy and one runner for an entire room. I’ll hey served a drink that was undrinkable from the cocktail menu and two entrees were cold. Water was not refreshed and aioli never served. Need to inrprove. Very disappointing compared to last yeR
