Contribuisci feedbackSad to say that Casey's is going downhill on service and atmosphere. Today when I was in this Casey's on sunset it was dirty. The cashier kept coughing and was back in the kitchen, which makes me think she was coughing over the food being made. I had a handful of items and after she rang me up, she went back to making sure the store order was correct instead of finishing up with the customer. Every time I'm in this Casey's I have to practically beg for them to bag my items and if you ask they have an attitude about actually doing their job. The employees love talking loud to each other for everyone to hear and it's unprofessional. Customers don't want to hear about your issues at work or personal life. Casey's employees have no idea how to stay professional and do their jobs.
Much prefer the other Casey’s in town. The other Casey’s is much cleaner, and has a much better atmosphere. I believe the girl who helped me was named Stephanie, she was very unpleasant.
Bad enough that their flat pizza is greasy and overpriced. Today, with no other customers my order was ignored and I wasted a trip to the store with a vehicle that has limited trips. They sure were quick to cancel it though!
I don't think the coolers at this location get stocked more than once a week if that. I have visited this location at least 15 times in the past couple months and every single time I stop, it looks like they are out of everything which isn't the case because the employee is always able to go back in the cooler and grab me the drink I'm looking for.
Casey's is my favorite place to get pizza. We often stop in for gas and a slice around lunch time!
