Contribuisci feedbackDelicious noodles, never soggy! Broth is flavorful, toppings are generous. Ome complaint, the restaurant is very noisy, but the building is long and narrow. A great place to eat, but not for conversation. But you'll be too focused on the meal to talk...!
Some of the best ramen I have ever had. I used the entire cup of chili oil because it was so good. Ordered extra ajitama eggs because they were incredible. The noodles, the broth, and every component was just stellar. Service was fantastic as well. They were kind and attentive. Got a sake flight and they were very knowledgeable.
Tonkotsu ramen was out of this world. Stop in if you're nearby or take a drive if you're looking for a great noodle bar.
Best ramen you can get outside of NYC. My favorite ramen spots are definitely in New York as you can expect the dishes to be made my ramen masters but this is definitely the best ramen I have had outside of NYC. I hear their pho is great too but I have yet to try it.
Their ramen noodles are absolutely amazing! I ordered Tonkotsu ramen with added bamboo shoots and my husband got Pho Bo Vien. The broth of my ramen was so savory and the egg was cooked just right. The pork belly was very delicious. My husband liked his pho as well. The broth is not as heavy and thick and is perfect for summer. The service was quick and the waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what each add on is to us. We’re definitely going back.
