These are the worst dead fucks ever! 30 min waiting for my drink and when I was asked about it, they have broken off like our machine a few minutes ago.

As soon as I arrived to thru customer service was great. I didn't catch her name, but she was so friendly and helpful. the man.

I’ve gone multiple times to this Starbucks and every time there’s a drink made incorrectly. The cup is the correct order but the drink is not. If I could give 0 stars I would! Hey baristas if you make a drink wrong, (and you know when you do just remake it correctly. Managers, do better and make it okay for mistakes to be made and corrected! As a former barista, quality over quantity works best and should be enforced! Next time I’ll order water maybe that’ll be made correctly.

I went there from work to order hot chocolate for me and hot coffee for my husband. I am surprised I have been ordering this and this is the first time that it didnt taste chocolate at all. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
