Subway - Norwalk

My veggie sandwich was completely incorrect. I don’t eat bacon, yet my sandwich arrived with it, and I had a bite before realizing it. This is absolutely unacceptable! Additionally, both bags of chips I received were not what I ordered.

I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, but they were out of stock, so they included a nice note and sent a substitute instead! I really appreciate that!

My latest order was wrong. They added mustard when I only wanted oil as my sauce, which is pretty amusing!

Ordered the same salad 1 week ago and it was perfect, today too little salad, too little salad dressing. Very inconsistent

I ordered the steak, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. I went in anticipating higher prices, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cost—it was around $6, which was lower than the $9 or $10 I was expecting. The lobby was clean, the ordering process was simple, and the staff were great. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
