Contribuisci feedbackThis new modern Taco Bell always seems to be slow. When you go inside, you have to use the self-order kiosk since the cashier primarily focuses on drive-thru orders. I ordered two items, and it took about 8 to 10 minutes, even though it wasn't busy at all, so I couldn't understand the delay. On a prior visit, it took even longer, but they were much busier then. They might just be short-staffed.
As a local and a loyal customer, I feel compelled to leave this review to express my gratitude to MARIE for her outstanding customer service! Even while managing a busy drive-thru, she went above and beyond to assist me with my app order right at the door, even after store hours! A special shoutout to this hardworking night crew! Thank you!
