Dunkin' - Norwich

Every day a good experience, who took my order, thank you for nice and patient. I give them personally 5 stars

I heard they would still have all the same dishes if they reopened under the same name, but they lack some of the key dishes and the prices have risen, portions are smaller not as good as before and eating is not as good

Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm here this morning at 7:30 a.m. and they usually give up the wipes in a bag. Instead it was in a box and when the worker gave it to me, I had a look at my face. instead of explaining the change or just being nice, she grabbed me. I will never return to this dunkin until it is fired or replaced.

I went with you. I have the wrong drink. it looked wrong when the hired man gave it to me. I asked. I asked if it was a big hot latte. he assured me that it and from I went. in the hwy went to norwich. I'll take one and don't find my laugh. I was wasted 1/8 tank when gas and 20 minutes turn around to get the drink I paid. I was not offered for my inconvenience. I won't be back. 4.50 top!

Dunkin is so much better than any other coffee shop
