Kfc - Norwich

Waited for nearly an hour in line. Very rude workers! And when we did finally get our food the famous bowls taisted just horrible, the tacos were nearly empty shells, certainly not the Supreme that I ordered, and the last item ordered was open andupside down in the bag! Never again!!!

Burritos have gotten smaller and more expensive. Service is decent however. Some parts of the building seem in disrepair.

10 piece bucket now $21.74 a 46% increase from $15.00. asked for senior discount didn't get. Won't be back. No napkins to.

I order on line thru Norwich web site 2 8 piece meals for 23.99 each when went to pick it up they had charged me 59.38 I took reciept back showed them there web site price exactly what I ordered I was told they do not go by web site price cause not Norwich when I showed them it was Norwich web site they said well they go by there board when I said that is the price that I ordered from there web site lady tells me we’ll order was for dark meat which is more . Which I did not order dark meat sooo they ripped me off by 11 dollars defused to give me my money back will not go there again cashier was Lena . They have lost my buisness

Not the best for anything they always mess up my order and some of the workers are rude. And I'm always pulling forward and have to wait 15 mins for them to bring my food out.
