Prime 82 Restaurant and Bar - Norwich

The experience here was amazing, the staff, especially Serena, was PHENOMENAL! They helped me make my mother's birthday party perfect. The drinks were strong, but still delicious. The food was amazing, especially my lobster burger pictured under YUM. The only complaint I could say is that the baked potatoes were boiled. The food was a total of 8/10 thanks for your friendly service and hard work during these crazy times.

I was brought here as an early birthday dinner and I was disappointed to see how dirty the utensils were. Both my friend and I had dirty silverware, was worse than mine. The food was delicious and it didn't take too long to cook, but nobody wants to see dirty cutlery. It should be considered right before you are packed in napkins and on the tables for guests to eat with them.

This is definitely one of the classic restaurant/banquet facility Combos, attached to a hotel that has great food, but could upgrade a bit, both inside and outside. We sat right away, the food was wonderful, and the service was decent. Chairs were uncomfortable. The prices were in place with most other restaurants in this genre and area.

The dishes and drinks were delicious. The shrimp campi was amazing. The staff was attentive.

Stayed in adjacent hotel for business. This place was packed but we waited it out. The staff was so gracious and fit us in. The food was not disappointing. Amazing appetizers (bacon wrapped scallops! How do they bacon that crispy) Delicious salads and steaks. Absolutely would recommend and bar selection and drafts are great. If you haven't tried it you are missing out!!!!
