Each time I have visited, the atmosphere has been fantastic and the muffins are delicious. I frequently rely on BBS as a convenient pit stop to recharge before continuing to shop or going upstairs to The Vue, but it truly deserves recognition for its speedy and welcoming service.
BBs is a great place for coffee and tea. Their deal of a panini for £1 with a coffee is fantastic. The lemon and poppy seed muffins are especially delicious.
Ok so this was a spur of the moment snack before we want to the theatre we had a ham and cheese toastie, crisps and a spotty muffin and a drink and it was lovely, I have to say I do eat In my local BB's, but it was nice to try try different branch the girls were busy and the sandwiches were flying off the counter, what I wanted wasn't there but with no trouble the lady found me one from the shelve and cooked it up very nice staff and all for just £8ish delicious will remember you for my next Norwich visit. Please Try it you won't regret it
On way to the car decided to have a quick coffee and cake. At first staff seemed a little put out as they were cleaning down as it was around half 4. But after engaging in conversation, she became more friendly. Ordered a couple of coffees which were a little hot, but were actually nice! I had a cute little mini muffin which tasted lovely and fresh and the other half had a banoffee muffin, which although looked a little worse for wear on top (banana slice had dried and gone a bit brown) it was, he said lovely! I did have a little nibble and can confirm it was exceptionally fresh. So I would definitely say they are fresh daily. When we left, we were thanked for our custom by a different member of staff, again, friendly. I know this is a chain, one of which we have not visited before, but we shall again.
