Contribuisci feedbackI didn't go in personally, I order via the McDonald's app, when I say this is disgrace, this is the second time I have ordered via he app and they have got my order wrong, phoned resrurant for told to phone phone Uber driver first time, so phone him to then received nothing but abused from this driver, calling me a idiot, when I contact McDonald's again they said no call Uber, surprise surprise Uber didn't answer! They are very quick to blame each other for mistakes, whole meal missing and a drink wrong!
The customer service at this restaurant was exceptional. My friend and I ordered fizzy drinks, but the machine had malfunctioned and the drinks were flat. A staff member and a young duty manager promptly offered us a free medium strawberry milkshake each as a replacement. Additionally, another staff member kindly offered to take my tray as I was leaving. We left the restaurant feeling very happy, as we are regulars at this branch. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service.
I am shocked by this mcdonalds. A security guard chased me and my friends into the toilets and shouted in our faces to get out. We were buying food and were all 18+ as I am aware under 18s aren't allowed to dine in after a certain time. It was completely unnecessary, extremely intimidating and hugely uncomfortable. There is no need for that much aggression including slamming doors barging past me and screaming in our faces when we weren't even a metre apart. I feel humiliated as we have been denied of a basic human right.
I went to get two items to go. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was still waiting for my food. It seems like making a hot apple pie is a complex process. The service was terrible; it seems like the more technology this place uses, the worse the service gets. I wish they would bring back Westlegate.
Please improve the training of your staff and refrain from promoting initiatives like providing books for children if you cannot deliver on them. Every time I visit McDonald's with my three children for Happy Meals, they always end up with toys that are not of good quality. If you are unable to provide the books, please do not advertise them. I had hoped that my experience at the city location would be better, but unfortunately, the scanner was not working and I did not receive any points for my purchase even after showing my code before paying. I was informed that the code had to be scanned first, which was not communicated to me beforehand. Additionally, I did not receive my dips. This consistent lack of service across multiple McDonald's locations over the past year highlights the need for improved training for your staff.
