Mr Postles Apothecary - Norwich

Disappointing!! Had high hopes as had heard rave reviews but came away saying we would not return! We booked lunch cocktails to celebrate a special family birthday but were extremely disappointed service very slow (and rude , cocktails were uninspiring they are marketed as ‘potions’ but were just average (we’ve been to other places that have dry ice or special glasses as effects but nothing like that here. . Also Sunday roast meat was quite fatty could’t fault size of meal portion but sadly was fatty and tasteless. I had also made them aware of special birthday on booking and had asked if we could arrange a little surprise but nothing was mentioned and was totally ignored.

Visited here on a Saturday evening, I had two cocktails and they were both lovely. The music was great and the bar staff were very friendly, service was quick.

Wow the food was amazing. Service was really good and the manageress was very friendly. 100% recommend this place. We will be back. Thankyou

I had the Brie and chips which was delicious and I had a minty baileys drink which was amazing. I love the décor! However I would say it is on the expensive side. Although isn't everything now days?

Lewis was absolutely fantastic, so accomodating to our needs and very lovely and approachable, would 100% recommend Mr Apostles for Lewis' service alone, please do visit and also Mr A, give the man a raise!
