Pizza Hut - Norwich

Went here with a friend of mine and what a bad decision. Had the buffet, which was not a good choice! Not a great variety of pizza, no nacho chips as advertised, run out of pasta and refused to cook morea and even though there was just the 2 of us, we could see empty tables for 2 people which we then got seated in half an hour later. They could of got us in straight away! The manager was even telling everyone jn the queue about the wait. The organisational skills could of been better. I won't be going back or recommending pizza hut to anyone unfortunately.

Ordered the bundle meal, large pizza, 2 sides and 2 desserts All going well. Put on a table well within seeing range. Asked to wave red paper for attention. WE WAVED THE PAPER, numerous times! We never got the second dessert. Waved our paper for 20 minutes and still noone came over. We left in the end! Wont be back. I was a waitress for 6 years in somewhere 3x the size and managed, sort it out.

Visited Pizza Hut Chapelfield 29/8/2020......the food was way below standards,the coleslaw is beyond tasteless,pizza was like a piece of cardboard and they have changed the normal fries to seasoned fries this week,no mention on the menu of this,my partner had the chicken bites which were very dry,a complete waste of our money,I have eaten in several pizza huts across the country and have never had a problem,but thiS meal was horrible,such a shame Pizza Hut Chapelfield,another young couple near us also said theirs was just as bad........

On the hygiene front the manager has a habit of scratching his face and running his hand through his hair and yes he was handling plates. We entered the restaurant and used the app so payed up front. All the plates were stone cold and coupled with other problems we decided to leave. Asked for a refund which was agreed but would take a few days. Quick to take money, don't care for customer service after. There is no way to phone anyone, blame it on social distancing and COVID. But customer care are working from home. No, they take your money and run.
