Sainsbury's Cafe - Norwich

No complaints about the cafe. Just incredibly disappointing I got a parking charge notice from this sainsburys car park a couple of weeks after visiting this store. We do not live in Norwich and completely unaware of the car park regulations. No support from the manager at the store as it is euro parks who are in charge of the car park. Just wanted to make people aware of this.

It was so slow and they said it would be a half a hour wait for food. The food was so undercooked that it made me and mum go to the toilet with food poisoning the day after

The café was okay, not too crowded when we arrived. The new lady at the counter was very friendly. We had to wait a bit to be served. The cakes were delicious, but the coffee was just okay, not the best. The place was very clean and well-organized. Overall, it was good value for money.

I popped in Sainsburys Longwater while shopping, Im assuming its similar. Meals are factory made, bought in and reheated. The prices are good but your buying convenience food. Its not fresh. A good selection of cakes, bakes, pastries and ready made sarnies. Along with the usual hot and cold drinks.

My partner and I have eaten here several times. Service is always very slow, there is never enough people serving especially at lunch. When you do get served they never have what you want, which is hard to believe as it’s only lunchtime and already sold out and the place is never heaving hardly surprising! Food is ok. Needs a decent manager to come in and actually know what they are doing.
