Contribuisci feedbackWe have booked a table for 7 people at 10.30 a.m. as it was for the breakfast. when we checked into the hotel, we were told to the restaurant with breakfast at 10.25 and the lunch service does not begin until 12 and we should not be able to book at this time. however they have easily agreed to extend the service for us and the food was in order. service inexperienced.
The service at this restaurant was very poor. The waitress lacked professional skills and we had to wait a long time for our food to be served. However, the main meal was delicious. We were informed of a long wait for dessert even though the kitchen had 24 afternoon teas to serve, and we noticed four employees standing around chatting instead of helping. We asked if someone could cut us four slices of cheesecake. When we finally asked a young girl for the bill, she went to get it without a word, and we had to pay in cash. The service manager later told us that the young lady was new. We reported our experience to the manager, who apologized and took our number to call us, but we are still waiting for that call. We had high hopes for Stiles House, but it seems that our experience was not unique.
