Dunkin' - Norwood

The donuts were dry and stale. My juice was prepared incorrectly, as I had to send it back twice and even then, it still lacked sugar. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant.

The food was good and the coffee was even better at Duncan Crew. A great dining experience overall.

I stopped by this restaurant to pick up an iced coffee and some doughnuts to go. It appeared that they also had indoor seating available. The staff was friendly and since I was the only customer there at the time, the service was quick.

I could literally order 100 pumps of the hazelnut swirl and they’ll still put 0 pumps into my coffee. I even request they add more after it is served and they take the coffee walk behind the counter and walk back and hand me an unchanged coffee.
