Dunkin' - Norwood

Open bright and early. at 630 here. my ladies gave me a great greeting when I wanted to register. it is right at the stretch one, so miss it not coffee was very fresh

This position made sohn a ei and cheese sandwich after another dunkin pleasing south head already closed thier ovens. my son could eat now. ty

I can't understand what led her to think it was okay to serve something that was so burnt and unappetizing.

Service was good though the line was long and you got to check the bag cuz sometimes they forget the hash browns

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I struggled to understand the ordering process, and when I finally reached the window, my order was still incorrect. To make matters worse, they charged me $3.25 more than what I had expected. I was so disappointed that I just walked away without even waiting for my change, which meant they ended up with a tip for nothing! This used to be my favorite Dunkin' location, but I'm rethinking that now. I considered reaching out to corporate, but I know how tough things are for employees these days. Unfortunately, the poor service I received isn't what I need when I'm trying to relax after a long day caring for my hospice patients. Nevertheless, I hope everyone else has a wonderful day!
