Received a text saying food is in its ways at 1:25, since it’s a nice day I went outside to wait and wait. Look down the street and see a blue Camry delivering food to 990 (I’m 998). I call Slice, they tell me it’s delayed extra busy. 2pm I call Slice again and told Giorgio’s delivered it and was correct address. Driver guaranteed it was the right address (I guess he is a good liar) After talking I decide to walk to 990 to see and sure enough MY ORDER IS THERE. I tell slice I’m throwing out the food it’s been sitting here for 40 minutes, the best the merchant could do was take 55% off and still charging me $18 for food not eaten. The bag which had “slice” written on it was open and before tossing out the pizza I opened it to notice 2 slices bitten(pic). I called my credit card to dispute the charge. It’s too bad because the food here is always amazing but I will never order there again.
Very friendly staff with excellent food. Try the Little Rascal sub it is amazing and goes well with red wine!
Absolutely, positively, unquestionably, the best pizza in the area!! No question about it. I actually found this place on my way home from the gym (Planet Fitness in Norwood/Walpole lol)! I was parked at the traffic light at the corner in downtown Norwood and the smell from the pizza shop was enveloping my nostrils and my car. As the light continued to stay red , the smell from Giorgio 's Pizza Shop began to overwhelm my senses and I decided that, after the light turned green, that I would stop in to try a slice or two, along with a bottle of Coca Cola. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice man behind the counter, who was friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. I placed my order for two slices of cheese pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The order was ready in about 10-12 minutes. As I sat at a table and began to eat, I was immediately impressed with the taste of the cheese and crust. It was obvious that these were high quality, natural ingredients. The crust was perfectly cooked and very delicious! This was a New York style thin crust pizza and a very, very delicious pizza, with sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was so very delicious that I decided to order a whole large pizza, with sausage, pepperoni and black olives, to take home with me to West Roxbury! Ever since then, I have been coming here for nearly 10 years. And yes, the prices are very reasonable, too. I highly recommend Giorgio 's Pizza in Norwood.
No one beats there prices. Foods good, I like to get the hamburger sandwich Hawaiian pizza . The owner mikes a hard working man.
New to the neighbors, and Giorgio’s welcomed me right in. Amazing service, and even better pizza. Will be coming back!
