Excellent gyro, not doner! Most gyro served in the United States is doner, made with lamb. The traditional Greek gyro is made with pork. The Feisty Greek has perfected the art of the continuous cyclical grilling of pork and its absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for the authentic Greek food! To our health!
