Wendy's - Norwood

Just had an order dropped off. The food was fine but the drinks are awful. Unable to drink them. I would contact Coke to come out and change the filter (if they even provide one), sanitize the lines or recalibrate. There was a strong chemical taste with the Sprite. Please look into this.Food: 2/5

Got food at drive thru around 9pm on 07Jul23. GOD BLESS NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS. The nicest people work late at night. They were so chill, simple, straightforeward, and worked with me when I needed to adjust my order.Those ghost pepper fries arent spicey, but that flavor tops it as the best fries we've had from any other restaurant and this place is our new #1.

My child had a blood draw and this was their request. They only wanted a frosty and fries. Sometimes the fries can be hit or miss with seasoning, well not today! They were hot and seasoned which was a great compliment to the chocolate frosty. Staff was friendly and food was good. We didn’t get a spoon or straw so we had to be creative to eat the frosty.

Perhaps I stopped in after the lunch rush or during. The drive thru was backed up so we went inside. Dirty tables, spill on floor not cleaned up. Long wait to get any service at the counter. Looked like they were prioritizing drive thru and online orders. We weren't greeted and had no eye contact from the cashier. Food was ok but fries were not hot.
