Subway - Notre-Dame-des-Prairies

I placed an online order, but they didn't even follow the instructions on the receipt, including the requested preparation time. My order was ready 20 minutes early and left on the counter. I also asked for the sauce on the side, but that wasn't done either.

"Unable to heat up a double meat sub and they wouldn't even reheat it. Service was terrible."

I wasn't able to get them to heat up a double meat submarine sandwich, and they were unwilling to reheat it at all. The service was quite disappointing.

The staff is friendly and polite, and the food is expertly prepared.
