We ordered a large pizza for the first time from this place, aiming to support our local shops. However, upon arrival, the lady informed us that our order was mistakenly placed at the wrong location. Consequently, we had to drive to their Parkville location, only to find out that our pizza was actually at the Perry Hall location. This resulted in wasted time and gas as we went back and forth between the two locations. We were disappointed with the service, especially since the lady did not even apologize for the inconvenience. This type of service is unacceptable, and we have no intention of returning to this place. We are very disappointed.
