Every time I go and order the same thing, I always end up with something different. The restaurant in Towson is my favorite place to go, but the service is a bit slow. Even when I try to make special requests, like extra brown sugar, they tend to ignore it and I end up not getting what I asked for. The inconsistency in service continues to be an issue. Despite this, I still enjoy the convenience and the tea is of good quality, but it doesn't match up to the consistent experience I have had at other Kung Fu tea locations.
I strongly recommend this establishment. I was provided with exceptional service by a young woman named Kayla. The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient.
They have all elaborate concoctions as well as pristine. I always get the Taro lamb with boba, but the Thai tea is also great, and their menu is tasteful. it would take years to try the whole menu once a week. they also seal plastic over the cups instead of traditional lid, so there is no possibility to spill them to go.
My family ordered five different kinds of bubble teas and two were watered down, two were extremely sweet, and one was not drinkable. Not going again.
