We arrived at this restaurant just before noon on a Saturday and were informed by the hostess that we were the first customers of the day. The service was excellent. Despite it being a quieter time, our food was served quickly, and our waitress frequently checked on us to ensure everything was alright. I really appreciated that she didn’t just vanish but also gave us space. The cookies, known as *kitchen kisses*, are, as always, the highlight of the visit. After all, who doesn’t love Red Lobster?! A shoutout to Beyoncé and the show Harlem!

We left the restaurant to find it almost empty. I believe the menu has changed since Covid, so don’t expect the extensive selection I was anticipating. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful with drink recommendations, providing great service overall. I wasn’t particularly fond of the coconut dish, but that was more about my personal taste. The lobster bisque was delicious, and the Baja shrimp was also very good and just what I expected. The Bahama drink is stronger and definitely worth the price compared to the Long Island iced teas. While I'm not sure if I'll go back, it was still a positive experience.

I know it's taken me a while to write this review for Red Lobster, but as is usually the case, my food was quite good. We were seated promptly, and our server was incredibly sweet. The food arrived hot and fresh! So why 4 stars? Unfortunately, my lobster was not as great as I had hoped; it was a bit dry. However, the rest of my meal was cooked to perfection. Overall, we had a nice experience and left with satisfied appetites.

My food was really good. I went to lunch with my family today. My waitress Kim was wonderful as always. I had them in the past. She is so attentive and customer service reality.

Had the delight of visiting this fine restaurant eleven years ago around Mother's Day in May 2011. Never got a chance to review it. Food was just delightful. Cheddar biscuits really stood out for it's taste and seasoning. Seafood was mouthwatering. Waitress was always there helping with a smile. Very rewarding experience. Got to return.
