Aspley Fish And Kebab House

The chips was really really really GREASY and it made me vomit all over the place and the chicken was raw i thought it was alive. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE ONLY GO IF YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR LIFE

Ordered a large BAG of chips and large fish, sausage and sauces. Chips came in a tray only enough to feed 1 person!! And the fish was tiny for a large. Phoned to complain and was just told this is the size and put the phone down on me!! Disgusting service!!

TO ANYONE WHO READS THIS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THIS DIRTY PLACE! I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE ON THE 1ST APRIL 2023. ITS BEEN MY SECOND TIME ORDERING FROM HERE, FIRST TIME I ORDERED AND THE FOOD NEVER TURNED UP, THEY TRIED TO APOLOGISE AND SAY THEY HAVE BEEN SO BUSY AND THAT I HAVE A CHOICE OF A REFUND SO I ACCEPTED BECAUSE I WAS WAITING A LONG 2 AND A HALF HOURS WHICH INFURIATED ME!!! THIS TIME I ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS AND CHIPS 1.4.23 BUT DELIVERY MAN FORGOT THE CHICKEN WINGS! I WAS ALSO HORRIFIED TO FIND A LONG CURLY HAIR IN MY CHIPS!!!! I WAS ALSO TRYING TO GET THROUGH TO THEM FOR OVER A HOUR TO COMPLAIN BUT NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE SO I GAVE UP IN THE END. PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM ASPLEY FISH BAR... IM LEAVING THIS REVIEW TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE SEE SENSE NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS VILE PLACE BECAUSE IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND IS WRONG! I HOPE I CAN BE OF ANY HELP. MANY THANKS.

So yummy and delicious but it is a bit dirty inside but the food us sooooooo good and amazing I pretty much go there everyday

Cooked fresh and very reasonable at £5. Ok it might not be up there with the great fish chip shops of the land like the ones in Anstruther, but this place in Nottingham (it and Derby must perhaps be the two UK cities furthest from the sea) provided perfectly adequate fair for a hungry traveller.
