Absolutely terrible service. I wish I could upload a video here to show how the driver behaved. They just left the food near my door, took a photo, and then left without making sure I received it. When I called to complain, they were rude and said I wouldn't get a refund. The Caribbean flavoring in the food was okay, but overall it was a disappointing experience. It would be helpful if the restaurant allowed customers to share video footage to provide feedback, as there are cameras everywhere these days.

They do not waste their time at this restaurant. Only half of the meal was attempted to be refunded, but no one answered the phone. The food arrived cold, so I had to microwave it. If someone wants to be disappointed and waste their money, this is the place to go.

Absolutely shocking. read the reviews below, I can refer to the layers there. eating was hours later than promise time and I had talked out how I can't find the house number that I've been on the street for half an hour, the road doesn't go from a big road. When he arrived, he disregarded any question I did why he could not find the house, and I think it is the same stencil that is mentioned in all comments below. I ruined my evening.

I do not recommend this restaurant. They prioritize saving money, which can result in orders arriving cold and soggy by midday. My order was delayed, and when I called to inquire, they rudely insisted on full payment for their subpar service. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach them, I had no choice but to give up and go to bed hungry. This was by far the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. I suggest avoiding this establishment and looking for alternatives based on other negative reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Food was hours later than promise time and I had excuses such as I can't find the house number I've been on the road for half an hour btw the road goes from not a big road....When he arrived he completely disregarded any questioning I did on why he couldn't find the house and I imagine it's the same imbecile that is mentioned in all comments below. Utterly ruined my evening.
