Proppa Pizza - Nottingham

This restaurant is fantastic. They are open late, which I love. I visit frequently and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is always amazing - hot and tasty. This is my favorite place to eat around here.

Three years ago, my friends and I graduated from Nottingham and unfortunately, our weekend reunion ended on a sour note after trying Proppa pizza. The pizza was greasy, gross, and had terrible toppings. Four out of six of us needed dental work after chewing on the cardboard-like crust. The establishment offered no compensation for the terrible experience, leaving us thousands of dollars out of pocket. Approach this restaurant at your own risk.

I ordered food from this restaurant and the delivery driver was energetic and polite. However, there was a misunderstanding when I asked the driver how he was doing, and he mistakenly thought I had insulted him in Punjabi. This made me feel uneasy and anxious, even though I know I did not say anything offensive. I called the restaurant to address the situation and the manager apologized for the misunderstanding. The pizza arrived cold, but that was the least of my worries after the upsetting experience. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Overall, they have lost a loyal customer.

Honestly, I love this place, I ordered early morning (5am ish and have received fresh food every time. pizza better than dominos. wing omg don't get me started mozzarella sticks 10/10, eating here is always amazing and fresh :
