Simply Pizza Chicken - Nottingham

My dad went here two days ago and brought back the best pizza ever! I Used to go here all the time when I was 7 and havent been here for a while and It just brought back those memories. excellent job.

I went in and ordered my pizza. Was told 15 minutes, after 20 minutes I asked is my pizza ready they advised a few minutes and it'll be read. At 30 minutes the colleague at the front and the pizza maker are having an internal argument and my pizza still isn't made. Asked for my money back and which took another 10 minutes. Whoever is the owner needs to employ a better member of staff for the front of house with manners, and a pizza chef that will actually make the customers order! Absolutely disgusting waiting so long to receive no apology just my money. I hope this reviews helps you decide where not to order from!

Just terrible, pizza had burnt edges, just plain chicken not tandoori as advertised, payed for extra peppers and onion got 3 old soggy pieces of pepper and 2 pieces of diced onion, can tell all the ingredients have been sat out for days, soggy brown lettuce in burger...didn’t even attempt the fried chicken I value my bowel health too much...jut avoid

We placed an order at this restaurant and were told to wait 45 minutes. After an hour had passed and our food still hadn't arrived, we called to inquire about the delay. We were then told that our order had not been completed and accused of not being serious enough. The restaurant also refused to accept cash payment, claiming they didn't believe we were genuine customers. They went on to accuse us of being drunk and laughing too much, which they said was the reason they cancelled our order. We were not even intoxicated, just trying to order some food. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment. The food was not even that good.

This restaurant is a great spot for late-night dining, as it stays open until 3AM on most nights. They have various offers and deals on pizzas, which are displayed on two or three boards inside and outside the restaurant, although they can be contradictory. The offer you receive may depend on the staff member serving you. The staff themselves can be hit or miss, with some being very friendly and others not handling situations well. I witnessed one staff member getting into an argument with a drunk customer over a racist comment, instead of simply asking them to leave. While I understand the staff member may have been offended, compromising the comfort of other customers by making a scene isn't ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant makes up for it with some of the best pizzas I have ever tasted, sometimes at great prices as well.
