The Waters Edge - Nottingham

As usual the waters edge is a perfect place for a pub trip with friends. Lovely drinks and food with fantastic service and deals for an affordable visit.

This restaurant is a great place to venture out! whether it’s a for a business meeting, a family outing, or just a treat by yourself! I loved coming here it felt like such a nice place, the staff are amazing and so friendly!

Chose to come here for Christmas day dinner whilst staying in the area. Lovely hardworking staff members who were so efficient and helpful and really did go above and beyond especially the lovely young lady who was expecting. The food was cooked really nicely and the portions were impressive. We went to the Sherwood Hungry horse in Nottingham the year before and that was also just as good. Nice location by the water. John Smiths ale was nice on draught but a little disappointed they did not have the standard Greene King IPA as I would expect in GK house. Apparently most of their target audience is the local students who would much rather hit the lager. Nice to see a good range of draught cider though, We were so impressed we gave each member of staff a cash tip at the end ! Very understanding of my wifes additional needs and the assistance dog. 2 friends and I was asked by manager if we would like to come to the watersedge for a free Christmas diñner which was very thoughtful as we all live alone presentation was lovely and the meal was lovely I would recommend it highly thank you to the manager and staff for there kind thoughts
