Wandering Dragon - Nottingham

I went ahead and placed an order totaling around £37. After submitting the order, my phone displayed a message saying it was waiting for the restaurant to confirm. I saw that the money had already been taken from my dad's PayPal account, yet the order still hadn’t been confirmed. Eventually, the screen turned white. After waiting for about an hour without receiving any food, I attempted to call the restaurant nine times. Occasionally the phone would ring, but other times I got a busy signal. Frustrated, my dad and his girlfriend drove to the restaurant, only to discover it was closed, despite their website stating otherwise. I’m extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to this meal, and we will NEVER be using this restaurant again. We demand a refund immediately, without any excuses! I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.

We ordered food for three people for about £50, and while the delivery was quick, the food was unfortunately cold and, to be honest, quite terrible. I've been using Wandering Dragon for a few years and have never been this disappointed. It seems like there are either really good cooks or really bad ones, as the reviews range from excellent to my mediocre experience. I was really looking forward to enjoying a Chinese takeaway as a treat, but from now on, I think I'll stick with Good Food 2, since I've never had such a disappointing experience with cold, overcooked, and stale food that lacks flavor. It felt like a waste of both money and food.

I've been a regular customer at Wandering Dragon for quite some time, but lately, the quality of the food has really declined. It's become quite bland and lacks proper seasoning. One of the most disappointing aspects is that when I order a meat dish, I often receive a container with just four small pieces of meat, mostly filled with bamboo shoots and vegetables. If I had wanted a vegetarian dish, I would have ordered one! Given the price I’m paying, this just isn’t acceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.

Have ordered from here numerous times, very hit and miss. The food is decent and usually arrives very fast, but on more than one occasion our order has been wrong or something has been missing. After our last experience where they were very reluctant to send out our missing order, we likely won’t order from here again.

Regular customer at Wandering Dragon. The food is always of a great standard and a good price. The app is convenient and offers a discount. Had a couple of occasions in which items were missed at collection, but they have been quick to rectify on both occasions by offering fast delivery of the missed items.
