Today on 17/12/2021 was the second detachment situation I had with the restaurant. a few months ago I made a request of 3 marmites for whatsapp early in the morning and I was waiting, it was already 14h in the afternoon when I called there and told me that they had not even noted the request, nor asked if I still wanted to make the same u apologized, they simply shut down on my face. how much I like the food, after a few months without calling there, I continued asking, today I tried to call there 5 times and in the 3 that answered me when I asked what was the menu of the day simply turned off on my face again. out the times when I've been eating at the restaurant and my family and I have been treated with disdain as if we were there in favor and the person working there by obligation. that is totally frustrating and a humiliation for the client, no one deserves to be treated like that. I always took several people there, but today was the last attempt and the certainty that I will never ask again there and do not recommend to anyone. If the establishment thinks you're right to treat someone like that, because keep going until you sink.
