Domino's Pizza - Novato

I really appreciate the coupons sent to my phone and through the app. However, I've noticed that when I use the cheaper coupons, I receive less meat and fewer toppings on my pizzas. On the other hand, when I don’t use those coupons, I get much better portions. This seems unfair, and it’s one of the reasons I don’t order as often as I’d like. I hope this changes in the future. On a positive note, the customer service is always great, and the staff is consistently friendly. I have no complaints in that regard!

The service was terrible, and good luck trying to get your order correct. The pizza was just mediocre.

I hadn't ordered from Domino's in quite some time until tonight. The pizzas were perfectly made and arrived piping hot. Alberto, the delivery driver, was courteous and punctual. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

The customer service is disgusting send me a wrong pizza and didn?t send me the right one and The manager didn?t even help me she argue with me and saying that she sent me the right one but I never received it

I will give zero stars if I could!!!! My order was never delivered to me. I was told they couldn?t help me because they couldn?t speak English on the day of the delivery. Now I am trying to get a refund, and I am told I can?t get a refund, but they can giveme my order for free if I order a brownie?. Meaning I have to pay for a brownie, and then I can get my order?. How about give memy money!!!! What type of establishment doesn?t take care of its customers.
