Homeward Bound - Novato

I would like to express my gratitude to Homeward Bound for all the lessons I've learned through this program. One of the most significant lessons is that your success is truly in your hands—you have the power to shape your life and who you are. While there may be differing opinions on how this program handles certain issues, the valuable lessons I've gained make it worthwhile. The lack of recognition given to Mary K, my wife, children, and me serves as a reminder that we are more than just opinions or accolades. Moving forward, we will shine, whether we stay in this program or not.

Additionally, expanding culinary skills like baking cookies, croissants, rolls, pizza, calzones, and phyllo pastries would be beneficial. The culinary program, managed by Chef May Bach, could streamline operations and potentially let go of less effective staff, including Cohen, the director, and others in leadership positions. Lastly, increasing support groups and therapy sessions could enrich the community. We, the residents of Next Key, are determined not to become demoralized like many who lived in Marin in 2017.
