Panera Bread - Novato

The reason I don’t go to Panera in Novato anymore is that every single time I went to their bathroom was beyond dirty and disgusting!! as a restaurant where they have many customers they shouldn’t just leave the bathroom area like that!wonder if the cooking area was the same!

I went here for my birthday as a little snack surprise because it's no where near our house. They forgot more than half my meal!!! And on my birthday....I called to complain and no manager was available. Super

Consistent food. Has a nice fireplace, friendly service.Parking: Huge parking lot, only crowded during holiday shopping season.

Soup Sando combo is my favorite. Lot's of Coffee and drink options.

I never leave reviews, but my lunch was so delicious, I had to post about it!My new go to for lunch, I had a half turkey sandwich and caesar salad, both were so incredibly tasty, i wish I had leftovers! Very kind staff and great location!
