This location is known for a long drive thru line so I decided to go inside and was surprised by how clean and what a cute inside this location had! There was an older man in line in front of me who was having a hard time and the barista was very patient and was kind with helping him. There were only three baristas working and they were all lovely and the drinks have been consistent. Will definitely be returning!
Horrible service I receive. The drive thru line was long and after waiting over 5 min. And not moving even one car length ahead I decided to go inside since I had made a mobile order for drive thru pickup but the order time had already come and gone and the line wasn't going anywhere so we went inside and discovered the reason the drive thru wasn't moving. the morning is this locations busiest time but there were still 4 people working and literally 1 person was taking drive thru orders and finishing the drink orders for drive thru and another making those drinks. There were 2 others making drinks as well but they were so busy chatting it up with one another they weren't getting anything done. We stood at the pickup counter for at least 5 min. Right in front of the chatties before anyone even looked our direction let alone asked if we could be helped. There werent any drinks at pickup to be taken but we could see 2 of the drinks in our order sitting on the counter right behind the 2 chatting but they couldn't be bothered to ask us if we needed something. Finally, in a voice loud enough to be heard over their chatting, I said excuse me I think that is some of our order pointing to the drinks but I still need another drink and reluctantly one chatty continued talking and when she was finished she then turned and said what drinks? She didn't apologize or let me know she was making the last drink which she'd been making since we got there yet hadn't even finished adding the ingredients shed been to busy talking. If I'd been her manager I'd have let her go that day after witnessing her total.lack of customer service. I have been a gold member at Starbucks since 2011 and have given this company endless business not to mention I have promoted the gold star program to everyone I know especially since the app was developed and I have been to 1000s of different Starbucks across the country and never have I ever experienced such poor customer service as I have at this specific location. I don't know what the issue is here but one thing is consistent whomever is doing the hiring and training is not providing Starbucks with the level of customer service ive come to know, love and truly appreciate as a Starbucks patron and that customer service is what brings me back when there are other options available. I actually refrained from ordering from this location for almost a year because my previous experience had been so bad but its the only drive thru store within a 15 -20 mile radius of my home and sometimes u just need a drive thru. But honestly I think thats the only reason this location does well because its the only drive thru around for miles and the only drive thru coffeehouse in the entire area. Its hard to think that 1 location of the 1000s Ive been to could actually provide such poor customer service that I would rather go somewhere else entirely than continue to be a loyal Starbucks customer but it has. I suggest hiring a new manager and retraining the staff before you lose more longtime loyal Starbucks customers like myself. Peets here I come!
Drinks were really not great barista was alone aldo long wait
If you like ocean water their drinks are for you, regardless of the item, its always salty. Id suggest water from them to help but its salty too
