I was very satisfied with the service, we were staying there this weekend, the next day a friend and his girlfriend were to come, the food and everything else was very wonderful, I have to praise the service, we were served by two young ladies and we were very satisfied, very pleasant, smiling even willing, I have to forget that when I or my girlfriend made a joke, one of the ladies didn't get offended at all, but rather answered other funny answers, we really appreciate it. The only thing that was a problem is your operation, the way he deals with the staff is not possible, his behavior is also unacceptable, one of the girls is hitting on him and the other is hitting on him and he is hitting on her, don't be mad at me, but that's how it should be shouldn't have been.. Otherwise, everything was very wonderful and we enjoyed it very much, thanks again to the guesthouse and a big thanks to the staff. We will definitely come again
This weekend, my friend and I were staying in the Grasel apartments, which are part of the guesthouse. The apartment had its shortcomings, but this is to be expected for a 3* boarding house. Of course, what cannot be overlooked is the crazy behavior of the staff. We had the room from 3:00 p.m. and I arranged everything through the My Alfréd application. After dinner, I was scolded at the reception for how I even allowed myself to do everything according to the instructions of the application that the guesthouse offers and did not come in person. The waiter very reluctantly told us that we could sit down, but looking at the young lady with unpleasant and annoyed expressions during the meal noticeably spoiled our appetite. We had a private pool reserved for the same evening, we arrived at the given time, the same lady who was arrogant during dinner continued the same behavior and kept us waiting for almost 10 minutes because she had no idea if the pool was free or no (I note that we had it reserved), I would still go over, but then she let us in with the words that how come we don't have towels and that if we came to the reception, we would know that (I think that telling us before dinner or it wouldn't kill her while waiting). It was cold and wet at the pool even in the so-called dry zones, which speaks volumes for the cleanliness. When we left, we were not even greeted with a goodbye. Next dinner the ladies behavior still continued. The only decent waiter was in the upper restaurant, he even said goodbye to us and asked if everything was okay after visiting the jacuzzi, which seems to me to be the basics of decent behavior. In the hot tub, everything was wet again and it felt strange. Based on these experiences, we will not return to the pension and definitely do not recommend it, it ruined our entire stay! The owner should think about whether he wants such staff as a business card of his business.
