I booked the Teppanyaki table last time that our chef had the conversation with tricks this time to feel terrible as eating here and going!
The servers need to know the difference in the dishes when customers ask as some food was not accurate when ordered. The chef was nice and the food was just okay but I hope that it improves.
My sons and I celebrated the new year by eating at their favourite place. the service was attentive. we never saw our glasses empty. my filet mignon was prepared with garlic butter and soy sauce well medium. all the foods were delicious as usual!
The server should be aware of the differences in dishes when customers inquire about incorrect orders. The chef was pleasant, which was appreciated, but I hope things improve moving forward.
Honestly so upsetting. I set a reservation with my friends for 7:30, there were 6 of us. It was my birthday dinner and we’d already been to 1 other place trying to eat. We got to the door and were told we had to leave because the restaurant was at capacity. The woman said 200 people were in line in front of us and my reservation was invalid. This is ridiculous, this restaurant has been here for ages and should know how to manage their restaurant. Never getting my business again. Funny joke.
