First and last time getting food from this Chinese restaurant.First of all they’re very rude, and won’t own up to the mistake they have made. When I went to pick up my order, they did not give me my entire order and I had to make two trips to the same place on a busy day. And restaurant manager essentially called me a liar and said I never asked for my complete order whatever what means, and that they can check their cameras which is duck taped to the wall. And they also mentioned that they have done INVESTIGATION. Whatever that means.Just don’t waste your money and your time at this place.Not to mention when you walk in you can see and smell the filth. Everything looks dirty.My expectations were high since I paid $37 for 2 lunch portion meal. So not worth it. Chicken tasted like old and has been reheated. Disgusting…Lack of customer service absolutely terrible.If I could give 0 starts I would.

My fiance got us $50 worth of general tso chicken. It was hands down the worst food I 've ever put in my mouth. Even though Im literally starving, I just sent back food for the first time in my life. The chicken literally tastes like human feces smells and is dry and crumbly. You couldn 't pay me to try another bite of food from these people.

My check said NO PEAPODS. I spoke enuniatingly clear in our ordering process, PEAPODS are fine . She argued with me about it when I went to pay the bill. I was taking a friend to lunch for her birthday and she chose this place)I ordered HOT SOUR SOUP, my favorite in most chinese restaurant, especially SHANGRI-LA. I left the whole bowlReally! I had the best dinner!My orange chicken was amazing along with the house fried rice. Everything was fresh! By the time I called in and picked up from work my food was ready! I never usually have issues when ordering carryout. A great dinner!

I personally have never had an issue with this place. The food has always been delicious. The staff has always been nice. The price is OK.
