Aiden was at the register, I asked what key to push if running payment as a credit vs debit. He told me I should know and tossed the receipt at me. He was aggressive, unkind and clearly has zero customer service. When I asked to speak to a manger, he said you are rude to me, and your kids. My sons were just standing there shocked as was I. The manager was very kind and offered her apologies. The manager offered a free drink, I declined but thanked her for stepping in…this Adian was acting like he wanted to fight me and threw the paper at me in front of my kids and others. Definitely an interesting experience.Positive- manger was very kind and the boys enjoyed the tea

This was my first time coming here and I was only here for the new pikmin drink that came with the straw cover that I really wanted. When I went in the place it looks nice and they had pokemon here so that 's cool I guess, but it took a while to take my order and when they were finally were ready to take my order, the person who took my order was nice but it was loud in the restaurant and the person was a soft speaker and I ask what was in the pikmin slush and I didn 't hear a single word they said but I didn 't want to be rude so I just was like alright then I mention the pikmin straw covers and they hit me up with they were only for the first 100 people who ordered it get the straw covers and I am sorry but the official social media accounts were still promoting the drinks along side with the straw cover and these came out on August 1 and it 's August 9 as I am writing this and people are still getting the drink and the straw covers and they never mention about it 's only for the first 100 people. That makes me so mad, so if any pikmin fans come here for both the drinks and the straw toppers this is not the place.

Kung fu tea fell off, there are so many better boba places now. Try ding tea, sweeting in the mall, or just anywhere else. One time I went in the morning and they gave me uncooked boba it was so gross.

1st time having bubble tea, and it was amazing, honestly. I had the peach lemonade, which was a hidden menu item with the mango bubbles, and it was really great and refreshing. Great combo. Customer service was great, and the inside decor looks cool. I did have a bit much of bubbles in mine with a tad bit too much ice, but I really liked it overall
