Little Caesars Pizza - Novi

At the beginning when I went in one, was not welcomed until moments later. Staff are childish. I'll pay Josh from behind. He begins to show me what anyone knows with any kind of performance is rude. When he fights back a laugh, he makes a high noise. As soon as he wants to laugh, he disappears on his back. All this happens before the manager who obviously does not address the situation. I understand that there is a shortage of work, and most companies are desperate. For this reason, we have led to people who have risen in high school workers without considering what it is to make the company look like.

No free pepper or parmesan? You are trying to buy you some for $3 uuhhhhhhh-no. Pizza/food was good, but this is unacceptable.

The crazy bread were amazing. The wait for someone to acknowledge you are even there was ridiculous. I was in the waiting room 20 minutes befor someone spoke to me. When I went to get my crazy bread 3 ppl walked in waited than left. I would have felt better if anyone would have said hold on or anything at all. There were 3 ppl in the back just ignoring ppl coming in and the phone. Was crazy

This location is too hit or miss. Commonly you find yourself waiting 15 minutes for a Hot and Ready, then when you get it, they are commonly dry or overcooked. In addition to that when you post them to put the parmesean on the crust they commonly forget even after you have already paid for it.

The pizza was excellent and cooked to perfection. According to the workers this location is very short staffed on employees. This short staffing will cause your order to be late so be prepared to wait longer than your expected pickup time, especially when using the pickup portal. Will go back but now I know to expect delays in pickup ti.es.
