Enjoyed are meal, food was great. Even my 9 year old grandchildren liked the kids meals. Ordered extra snackers, everyone loves them. Also ordered a cinnamon snacker. They were served hot and delicious, loved them. The menu is huge and hard to select from, everything looked delicious. Our food was served promptly and Drew made the experience great. I placed an online group order and was asked to choose a pick up. The options were 11:30am, 11:45am or 12pm. I chose 12pm and as I hit submit, I wanted to move the time to 11:45. I called the restaurant to make the update and I was told they were too busy even though that was an option when I was placing the order. I arrived to pick up my order at 12 and did not get my food until 12:45. What’s the point of ordering ahead?!? They cherry on top was that we had missing orders. Will not place another group order from Olga’s again. Terrible customer service.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious. However, I’m not entirely fond of their new ordering system where you place your order before sitting down. They’ve also eliminated the unlimited soup, salad, and snackers (soup is no longer unlimited). Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

The food was impressive, especially the Greek Salad and Chicken Shawarma, both of which were delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5 for their taste. The service was exceptional, with staff that were friendly and efficient, deserving a perfect 5 out of 5. While the atmosphere was satisfactory, it wasn’t particularly remarkable, hence a rating of 3 out of 5. Additionally, the parking situation was convenient, with plenty of free parking available. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a satisfying takeout dinner!

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The managers were incredibly helpful. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars.
