I always have a fantastic time with excellent service at Red Lobster.

Our service was outstanding, thanks to Maria, and the food was served promptly. The dishes were delicious and came in generous portions.

I need to contact OpenTable. Red Lobster was unable to process my $10 open table reward card. They were unaware of OpenTable, they had never seen the reward card/credit card before. They were unable to process it because it is against their rules to input a card number without having the actual card to process. It was rather embarrassing since I was taking my granddaughter to lunch. I have been unable to find anything online to contact you. Please reply. Thank you, Janis Hutson The manager tried his best. They were very nice about it.
