Drive thru is WAYYY too slow. But when order on the app it’s done FAST so it’s quicker if I just order in the app and then park, walk-in and grab/go.
I am not usually one to write reviews, but today completely changed that. I was in line of cars in the drive through parked all the way to the street. All I could think was great, I 'm going to be late to work, as I had already placed a mobile order and could not leave the line. The staff had me at the window and drink out in about five minutes flat. Not only that, the gentleman at the window was joking with me and made the experience so much more enjoyable. That encounter set me up for a great day. Positivity is infectious and this staff does a great job at that.
Probably the worst Starbucks there is. Closes at 4:30 on Saturday apparently. Try ordering at 4:25 and unfortunately, was waiting for a text for somebody else’s order. The staff literally started throwing a tantrum and I’m not even kidding, grown adults, throwing tantrums making children noises and what not. Nothing in life is that serious I told him don’t worry about it and walked out.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and and the car infront of me wasn’t getting waited on,so I went inside and placed my order and had to wait another 15 just for 2 Carmel Frappuccino. Both drinks was watery and no flavor. Last time ever going to this location. Horrible customer service
