Starbucks - Novi

I visit these diets often. I order in the rule before and when I have a problem, it is addressed and fixed in the rule. I usually order 4-5 drinks at order. today I went and my e-Islam with mandelmilch looked a little dark. When the girl gave me the drink, she even admitted that it was darker and there was that the mandible milk was new. I asked her about another one, and she said it was the last time she could do it?! very unprofessional! get it right so they don't get it back.

Don't go to Starbucks often, so the menu can be confusing. Young lady seemed to be irritated that I didn't know how to order an iced coffee the proper way : It was ok.

Really great stop for recharge and ground up for further accomplishments of the day.

The worst location I've ever been. Only 5-7 parking spots up front. Parking lot in the back? Cool. 20 cars in the drive thru line is more than enough to block access to back parking lot. I as well as witnessing several others turning around and leaving. Will definitely not attempt this location ever again

It's a very busy Starbucks, and is about average. Staff is very friendly, but orders are frequently incorrect when you order ahead. They're super nice about re-making it though.
