TGI FRIDAYS - Novi

Met friends here for an impromptu lunch and despite reviews citing poor service and long food waiting was the lucky one to get good service and food. I would come again.

The heating was broken and its February in Michigan, so the building was very cold. The server spilled a drink on the table at delivery, then never cleared up the mess. Since we were not brought with napkins or utensils, we could clean it up to chaos. It took half an hour to take the order, then took a long time until the food came out and it did not come out at once. I've made problems with the staff, got a non-genuine, non-supporting answer. Different from returning.

Place was ridiculously cold We had to eat with coats! Service was not really disappointed

Please fix the heat! Everything was great, but the whole place was irony, except the bathroom, that was a sauna!

Had many open tables, said that the open table app did not work and then proceed to tell me in would wait another 25 minutes
