Zoup! - Novi

I left my review months ago and went to visit my favorite place ever today and they are permanently closed. I could cry ? I might. The owners and staff here were second to none. How can I support you in your next endeavors? You will be deeply missed.

I don't know who was working this afternoon (3/8) or what the issue was, but our delivery order was absolutely atrocious. Whomever prepared our order did not do a good job at all, and it was seriously concerning. Placed delivery through doordash. Ordered 2 pick 2, both soup and sandwich. Simple. One soup was so hot you couldn't eat it. The other was so cold it was basically still frozen. The sandwiches were not what we ordered at all. The bread was hard as a rock for both, you couldnt even eat it. Received turkey wheb we ordered chicken. No mozzarella on a sandwich it was supposed to come with. Added onions to another sandwich when we ordered without, also making that inedible. On top of this, The sandwiches were also completely thrown together, they were a mess. What was going on here? This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly abysmal. Whoever prepared our order did not know what they were doing, or did not care in the least and is completely evident. I've never had this bad of an experience from zoup. I haven't ordered in a while, but after this terrible experience I will not be back, and telling others to do the same.

Soup was delicious! I got a lobster bisque and it really hit the spot! The staff was amazing, kind, and went above and beyond! I hope they all have a nice week c: my fiancé says the chicken noodle soup was great too!

Just had Zoup! I had a great time, welcoming atmosphere and the food was fresh. Great to have on a chilly day.

Employee was very helpful with questions about food and was very welcoming and kind.
