Pho bo terribly oversalted and I suspect it was overdone. All in all, for that kind of money somewhere in Bor is a complete steal.

We were looking forward to the family lunch. Drove 260 km to Novy Bor, visited the local museum, this could be a nice lunch. It was not. Waited 45 minutes for 2 starters that was a decent job, they get 4 stars for that BUT we left the place after another 30 minutes of waiting. They were serving other tables much much faster, I have seen something like 6 take away bags being taken away and we were still waiting. May be ok for a romantic lunch or dinner with a glass of wine and chat but that was not the case this time. A lady came out of the kitchen with apologies but we left anyway. They did not want us to pay for starters and drinks and we accepted that. Fair enough but I am still sorry because we love Asian food and we were looking forward to it!!!
